Orders can sometimes be modified within 6 hours by contacting our customer service team. Orders can begin production within 3 hours if the order is placed during normal business hours. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible; changes or cancellations are not possible once production has begun. Note, for consumer protection, we cannot make significant changes to shipping addresses after placing an order, for example, shipping to an entirely different city or state. If you need to change your shipping address, please request an order cancellation, if possible. Once cancellation is confirmed, you may place a new order with the correct shipping address.
